For over 12 years, Pastor Atoya L. Allaway has undoubtedly lived out her mantra, “You can’t be a follower of Christ, without being the hands and the heart of Him.” She has willingly moved in accord with the heartbeat of Christ, transporting to where God leads within various capacities of ministry.
Pastor Allaway flows within the office of a Prophet. As an avid seeker of the face of God, she firmly believes that God still speaks today. Many have been encouraged through her ministry of speaking “thus saith the Lord.” She believes in this time it is very important to hear the direction of God. "Prophecy is important to align, strengthen and encourage the Body of Christ.”
To date, Pastor Allaway ministers alongside her husband, Pastor Harold Allaway at their church, Glory 2 God Ministries, located in Wyoming, MI. She is very passionate about the work of this ministry and its foundational kingdom message. Through this, it is her desire that people discover and walk out who they are according to Kingdom standards. Pastor Allaway lives her life as a dedicated and consistent worshiper of Christ in private, which translates in public as Worship Leader at G2G Ministries. She has helped ministries to establish their own worship teams through the community and beyond.
Additionally, Pastor Allaway is passionate about sharing God’s love through music. She writes her own praise and worship songs that lift up the name of Jesus. She loves setting an atmosphere of worship for God to move. She has sung background and opened up for Grammy-nominated, Gospel artists throughout the country. Pastor Allaway takes delight in the privilege to be a vessel of God and to usher in his presence that leads to healing and deliverance. She is currently working on her single, “Make Me Like You,” which will be released within the next year.
Pastor Allaway has a heart for the people, as she loves to mentor and empower young and old women around the world. She has a heart for the lost as she desires for them to know that God still loves them and to reignite their hope in God. Pastor Atoya Allaway indicated, “It is my desire is to see people encounter God and for their lives to never be the same;” it is no secret that God has done and will continue to do just that.
Pastor Atoya Allaway loves spending time with her loving husband, Pastor Harold Allaway and her wonderful daughters, Amirah and A’Zariah. She also has spiritual daughters whom she loves as her own. She is currently in the process of earning her Bachelors in Leadership and Ministry from Grace Bible College in Wyoming, MI.
